FADA's Annual General Meeting and Council Meeting

Following the Annual Session, 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and 247th Council Meeting were held at the same venue. Among other business transacted, FADA Council unanimously elected S P Shah, Nikunj Sanghi, Sundeep Bafna and Mohan Himatsingka as President, Vice President, Hony Secretary and Hony Treasurer, respectively for the year 2009-10. For Shah, Sanghi and Bafna, this is the second term in the office.

Council also discussed the details of 6th Auto Summit of FADA to be held on 8th & 9th January 2010 at Hotel The Lalit, New Delhi, coinciding with Auto Expo.

A special feature of the 6th Auto Summit will be the presentation of 'Dealer of the Year' Award in the evening on 8th January 2010, while formal inauguration will take place at 10.00 a.m. on 9th January 2010. The programme & registration details of Auto Summit 2010 will be published in the next issue of FADA Journal. Auto dealers & others connected with auto business are invited to register and participate in large numbers, to make the Summit a grand success as in the past.

At the Annual General Meeting, a new FADA Council for the year 2009-10 was constituted. In addition, Annual Accounts along with the Auditors' Report thereon and Annual Report for the year 2008-09 were approved and passed.
