This Mobile Service defined as, Honda Service on Wheels, will cover all reachable areas from Cochin to Trivandrum and will provide many Honda customers in city and rural areas effective service & sales with high degree of satisfaction. The Mobile Service Unit employs hi-tech automated tools, state-of-the-art machines and company trained technicians and service engineers to attend to the Honda vehicles at doorsteps. Its customer service unit will handle the customer queries. The Unit will also provide accessories and genuine spare parts. The unit also offers washing facility to service vehicles at select points within the city. Besides offering door delivery of vehicles after registration, the Mobile Unit provides a unique exchange facility whereby customers can exchange their old vehicles for new Honda vehicle. EVM Honda has tie-ups with various finance companies to suit various needs. The mobile unit will display the latest vehicles from time to time for the benefit of the customers.
