FADA Academy Adds Another Centre

Fourth Training Centre started at Delhi

FADA Academy in association with JobGuru India - a division of Idea 7 Automotive has started a 14-day training programme at Delhi to train Sales Consultants, thanks to the initiative taken by R K Sarna, MD, Ambe Bajaj. The programme is being conducted at the premises of Ambe Bajaj at Khanpur. The programme was formally inaugurated on 9th Feb'09. The first batch comprises of 14 candidates.

This initiative of FADA is to cater to the manpower needs of automobile dealerships that are facing an acute shortage of trained manpower all over the country. In view of the increasing attrition levels in auto retail and service industry due to the rapid growth of economy and auto industry and better growth opportunities offered by allied businesses such as finance, insurance and retail sectors in particular, FADA Academy recruits candidates for their attitude and train them and hone their skills for placement in automobile dealerships. The idea of recruiting not-so-over ambitious candidates is that automobile dealerships will be able to retain them for longer period of time unlike candidates with talent, who switch jobs frequently.

Delhi is the fourth training centre. FADA Academy in association with JobGuru India is already operating training centres at Kolkata, Sambalpur and Mumbai. FADA Academy is making endeavours to set up more learning centres at majors cities. Candidates having undergone training at FADA Academy have already got placed in dealerships of Maruti, General Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Motors and TAFE. Many other OEM's have also shown their interest.

Target Candidates of FADA Academy

Ordinary graduates/undergraduates who may not have the desired level of refinement due to their socio-economic circumstances to get high-end corporate jobs but have a positive attitude, fire in the belly and a desire to learn.

FADA Academy Offering

Ready to be recruited candidates who have shown interest in auto retail business and have committed themselves for the same. FADA Academy offers these candidates with following two certifications:

 
1. 
Professional Development Program in Auto Retail – Sales (Two Weeks)

FADA Academy imparts Level 1 training in auto retail & customer service. Training module contains:

Training imparted is strictly activity based, instructor led training with lots of role plays, mocks and interactive sessions so that understanding of candidate is up to the level for auto industry. Candidates are sent to different dealers for interviews after successful completion for Level 1 training for the position of Sales Consultants. The dealer has an option to sponsor these candidates for level 2 training after recruitment.
