Subjects covered are – Dealership profitability, Marketing techniques, Customer Satisfaction, E-commerce, Workshop Management including Service and Parts, Leadership & Motivation and so on. Participants include Dealership Owners, their sons and daughters, senior managers, executives, salesmen and workshop managers and supervisors.

Efforts are on to associate with established institutions of management and individual consultants for added focus.
