NADA s 20-Group Ideas

Members may be aware that there are over 170 20-Groups functioning within NADA. A 20-Group comprises of 20 non-competing automobile dealers, who share their data, experiences, practices & ideas at the Group meetings held from time to time. Some of the good ideas & practices emerging from the deliberations of 20-Groups have been encapsulated by NADA in 3 CDs (Jan 07, Jan 08 & Jan 09).

With the permission of NADA, FADA has reproduced these ideas for the benefit of FADA members.
