Guru Kripa Auto has been in the automobile business as authorised dealer of Hero Honda for about 2-1/2 years. Located at Saraidhela, Dhanbad, Jharkhand, the dealership employs a dedicated workforce of 90 employees

The dealership sold 3,600 bikes in FY2004-05 & 4,000 bikes in FY2005-06 (up-to third quarter), and serviced 20,000 bikes in FY2004-05 & 25,000 bikes in FY2005-06 (up-to third quarter).

The dealership boasts of a fully automated high-tech workshop manned by highly skilled and trained service supervisors and technicians. Workshop is equipped with Automated Ramps & Pneumatic Tools for servicing of vehicles and an air-conditioned customer lounge with provisions for toilet, first aid and filtered cold water.

 
The dealership regularly organises Free Checkup Camps, as also the Customer Education programmes, Fuel Efficiency tests, Safe Ride programmes, On-Road Service & Road Shows, etc. Hero Honda Passport Programme offered by the dealership is hugely popular with the customers. The customers also have a facility to reach the dealership through Helpline numbers, in case they face any problem in their vehicles.

The driving force behind the dealership is none other than dynamic Sharat Dudani, an engineer, aged 46 years, who is the Managing Partner in Guru Kripa. He is being ably assisted by his wife, Supriya Dudani, also a Partner in the firm.
