Within a short span of 3 months of his setting up of new business, he recruited and built up a dedicated team of 25 Honda certified professionals. Simultaneously, he went about equipping the workshop with modern machines and gadgets, like four-wheel aligner machine, Car-O-Liner, tyre changer, headlight aligner and injector cleaner, all with a view to provide quality service to his customers under one roof. The special focus of his enterprise is on 3 ‘S’ i.e. Sales, Spares and Service. In addition, the company has taken additional steps for sales promotion like arrangement for exchange of old vehicles, 24-hour round-the-clock helpline service, finance facility at doorstep, hassle-free insurance claim settlement and sale of Honda Genuine Accessories. The dealership today services about 250 vehicles and sells about 40 cars per month. The annual turnover of the business is around Rs. 15-20 crores. The Managing Director of the company, Madhav Goyal, is a man of principles and this makes him a favourite among his employees. He is ingrained with the vision and the will to take the dealership to great heights in the coming years.
