CARS India (acronym of "Crescent Auto Repairs & Services India Pvt
Ltd") was incorporated on 24th November 1995. They are authorised
dealers for all types of Maruti vehicles for Tamil Nadu.
The company's registered office and showroom is located at 9, Cenotaph
Road, Chennai 600 018. The Showroom with an area of about 7000 sq
ft and situated at a busy and important crossing of the city is
richly built and decorated.
CARS India opened its second showroom with a built up area of about
3,500 sq ft at Saligramam in September 2003.
The company's manpower comprises a highly efficient team of professionals,
technicians and other staff.
The dealership has two full-fledged state-of-the-art workshops installed
with the most modern computerised diagnostic equipment at Adyar
and Ambattur, respectively. Both the locations are the prime locations
and cater to the requirements of the population of West Chennai
and South Chennai.
Workshop at Ambattur, started in the year 1996, has a sprawling
area of 80,000 sq ft with a built up structure of about 8,000 sq
ft. The workshop has 28 bays and offers He carries two decades of
experience in Automobile various facilities like Quick Wash, Quick
Lube, sophisticated Paint Booth, Wheel Alignment, Wheel Balancing
and the other machine tools required for a comprehensive repair
work on any Maruti vehicle.
The workshop at Adyar built on an area of 10,000 sq ft started operations
in the year 1998 and boasts of a host of facilities. The workshop
has 20 bays, which enables the company to attend to at least 60-65
vehicles a day.
CARS India sells and services around 260 vehicles and 2600 vehicles,
respectively, in a month.
The dealership has continued to steer ahead since its inception.
In 2003, the dealership set up an exclusive body repair workshop
at Kottiwakkam.
Other value added services at the dealership includes Maruti True
Value (buying and selling of Pre-Owned Cars), Insurance, Extended
Warranty, Insurance claim processing etc., for the convenience of
the customers.
The dealership has a customer care manager and his exclusive team
for post sales follow-up with the customers with a view to getting
their regular feedback and ensuring their satisfaction. The dealership
organises Customer Meets periodically in order to get their valuable
inputs and suggestions for further improvement in its services and
the customer satisfaction.
The principal person managing the dealership is M I Kasim, B Com,
BL, who is the Executive Director of the company. He carries two
decades of experience in Automobile Industry. |
