Fx Hyundai, a life member of FADA and located in Faridabad, Haryana, is a unit of Fx Enterprise Solutions India Pvt Ltd.

The Fx group ventured into automotive business in 1987 as an authorised dealer of Hero Honda motorcycles in the name & style of Yuva Motors Pvt Ltd in the city of Faridabad. Yuva Motors is also a member of FADA.

Ever since its entry in 1987, the group has seen its automotive business moving forward in top gear and growing at a rapid pace.

As a part of its expansion plan, the company acquired the dealership of Hyundai Motors India to engage in sale, service and spares of Hyundai cars in May 2006. In a short period of 3 months, the dealership has been able to make a mark by selling 325 cars and servicing over 3,500 cars.

The Hyundai dealership employs about 100 people. Taking into account another 100 odd persons on the rolls of Yuva Motors - a sister concern dealing in Hero Honda products - the manpower strength adds up to 200. The dealership expects to reach a turnover of over 70 crores in full year of operation.

The sprawling Hyundai dealership is spread over in an area of 6,000 sq yards, out of which 30,000 sq ft is the built up portion. The dealership boasts of all modern facilities, including state-of-the-art equipment and gadgets at both showroom and workshop.

The dealership has a unique facility of 'Hair Saloon' & a cafetaria for the customers to utilise their time leasurely while their cars get serviced.

Customer satisfaction occupies a pride of place in the company's philosophy. The dealership makes the customer feel special and on the top of the world while delivering to him/her the new car. A special ceremony at the time of delivery, like performing puja, cutting cake and photo shoot makes the occasion a memorable experience for the customer.

Regular post-service follow-ups and reminder calls are a routine and form an integral part of dealership operations. The dealership's aim is to ensure 100 per cent customer satisfaction.

Fx Enterprise also runs 'Bikez Care' - the largest, exclusive service centre for Hero Honda motorcycles in north India.

Fx Enterprise is also into healthcare and manages an eye hospital by the name 'Perfect Vision Eye Hospital'. Besides, the company is a franchisee for Titan watches and retails the watches through the 'World of Titan' store in a mall.
