Trendy Wheels Pvt Ltd - a Life Member of FADA was established in the year 2006 and is located at 448/B, Shiroli MIDC Pune-Bangalore Highway, Kolhapur, Maharashtra. It is a 3-S dealership of Mahindra & Mahindra, offering sales, service and spares under one roof.

The Group also operates the dealership of Hero Honda Motors at Ichalkaranji in Kolhapur District under the name & style 'Popular Automobiles' that started off as 'Service & Spare Point' (SSP) for Hero Honda two-wheelers in the year 1991. Later on, it was upgraded to become a full-fledged dealership in the year 1999 to include the activity of retail sales as well.

Trendy Wheels - the dealership of M&M - is a huge facility set up on a sprawling 2-acre plot with a built-up area of 70,000 sq ft. The tastefully designed dealership is environment friendly and boasts of all modern fittings and fixtures for the ease, convenience and comfort of its customers. Popular Automobiles that is a dealership of Hero Honda is also a large set-up located on 20,000 sq ft plot. The state-of-the-art workshops of both the dealerships, managed by trained & technically competent manpower are equipped with fully automated machines & tools.

Supported by a highly energetic and customer-friendly workforce comprising 250 employees, the Group has achieved a turnover of Rs 100 crores. The Mahindra dealership currently sells, on an average, 1,800 vehicles and services over 12,000 vehicles per year, while the Hero Honda dealership accounts for sales of 10,000 two-wheelers per annum, and draws around 1,25,000 two-wheelers annually to its workshop for repair and servicing.

The dealership offers 24x7 service to its customers within a radius of 200 kms and religiously adheres to all parameters of customer satisfaction laid down by J D Power. Trendy Wheels is professionally managed with HOD's authorized to take appropriate decisions from time to time.
 
Uday Lokhande, Managing Director is the principal person running the show and steering both the dealerships on a high growth trajectory. He has been associated with the automotive business for the last 25 years. Uday ventured into the business in 1986 when he became an authorised dealer for LML. He has not looked back since then. He switched over to become 'Service & Spares Point' (SSP) of Hero Honda in 1991. Based on his tremendous performance, he was awarded the full dealership to deal in sales, service and spares of Hero Honda two-wheelers in 1999. He went on to add the dealership of Mahindra & Mahindra in 2006.

Uday is proud of his 25-year association with the automotive business. Having achieved stupendous success and growth in his business, he is not resting on his laurels. Going forward, he plans to expand to add a dealership for commercial vehicles of a reputed CV manufacturer.
