The dealership under the name and style "Kalyani Honda" came into being at the prime place of Madurai in the year 2001. Kalyani Honda is a full-fledged dealership offering 4-S facility, viz. Sales, Service, Spares & Safe Riding training, under one roof. As a Honda Exclusive Authorized Dealer, Kalyani Honda started with one sales point and one service station. Ever since its inception the dealership has been on a steady growth terrain. In keeping with the expanding market of two-wheelers in Madurai and nearby areas, Kalyani Honda set up one more workstation called "Green Service Station" complying with the standards of ISO 14001, in the year 2004. Not resting on its laurels and to offer impeccable service to its customers, Kalyani Honda is in the process of procuring ISO 9000 & ISO 14001 for the entire dealership. Kalyani Honda's work force comprises 35 trained & skilled employees taking care of various functions, viz. vehicle sales, spare sales, service and repair. The group has varied business interests including retailing of engineering & consumer durables/goods and textiles. The group deals in the products of Honda Siel Power Products, CRI, ELGI, Samsung, Prestige Smart Kitchen, and Crocodile Apparels. L Murali Krishnan, the youngest and descendent of a well-known business family, after finishing his academics, started the company called Kalyani in the year 1985. His commitment & dedication to the work helped the company reach new heights. It has since become a limited company based on the strong foundation laid by him. Murali Krishnan has been actively associated with the business over 20 years now and enjoys an impeccable image as a businessman and citizen of Madurai.
