Bajrang Motors, Haldwani in Uttarakhand -a new Member of FADA, started as a Partnership firm in 1991 with the dealership of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd at Rampur Road. The dealership started off with a small showroom and a workshop.

Ever since its inception, Bajrang Motors has been growing at a brisk pace as the subsequent growth story suggests. In 1993, Bajrang Motors set up a new showroom, which was inaugurated by the then Union Minister, Narayan Dutt Tiwari. Later in 1997, the dealership opened another showroom, which was inaugurated by - Anand Mahindra, Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, from which the dealership currently coordinates all its activities.

Not resting on its laurels, Bajrang Motors has ambitious expansion plans going forward and is constructing its new workshop in 40,000 sq. ft area, which will expand the service & repair capacity of the dealership.

Bajrang Motors currently has branches at Baijnath (Bageshwar), Berinag (Pithoragarh) and Pithoragarh for the convenience of vehicle owners in these areas. The dealership boasts of tastefully designed showrooms having all the facilities for the convenience of customers. The workshops are equipped with the state-of-the-art equipment and ultra modern machines. Bajrang Motors has approximately 100 employees, whose contribution to the growth of the dealership is very well acknowledged by Sanjay Agarwal, Managing Partner.

With a modest beginning of selling 70 vehicles in the first year of its operation, the dealership sales soared to 1,169 vehicles in 2008-09, achieving a turnover of Rs. 62.3 crores. This phenomenal growth is the result of the untiring efforts of Sanjay Agarwal, who is the principal person managing the dealership.

Bajrang Motors' Customer Satisfaction Ratio is very high in their area of operations. This is reflected in the fact that the dealership became the # 1 Dealer of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd in the sale of UVs in 2008-09. The dealership has received a number of awards from Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd in the past as well, which goes to show its steady performance.

Sanjay Agarwal, the man behind the tremendous growth of Bajrang Motors has been associated with the auto business right after completing graduation. He believes in taking up new challenges and has diversified into the dealerships of Hero Honda Motors Ud and Eicher Motors Ltd, which operate under the name and style Bajrang Automobiles Pvt Ltd. He is the Promoter Director of Bajrang Automobiles.
