Shri Krishna Honda, Rohtak Shri Krishna Honda, located at Delhi Road, Rohtak, a dealer of Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India for the latter's entire range of two-wheelers, is a new member of FADA. Shri Krishna Honda came into being in the year 2002, as a 4-S set-up offering Sales, Service, Spares and, in addition, Safety to its customers. The dealership has made rapid strides since its inception. In a short span of 5 it has seen a phenomenal growth. Starting with the modest sales figure of 30 two-wheelers per month, the dealership currently sells over 200 Honda two-wheelers per month, which accounts for 20% of the two-wheeler market of Rohtak. In addition, 1,200 two-wheelers drive into the dealership's workshop for servicing and repair every month. The operations of dealership comprising sales, service, safety, spares, marketing, insurance, vehicle finance, accounts, administration, and customer relations are taken care of by a workforce of 35 employees. The current annual turnover of Shri Krishna Honda is around Rs. 7 crores. Customer satisfaction is pivotal to the dealership operations. The management & employees irrespective of the departments they belong to share a common goal of serving the customers to their satisfaction & delight. Shri Krishna Honda provides free pick-up and drop during the service of vehicles, and has the facility of cashless transaction involving settlement of insurance claims in accident repairs. The dealership, as a part of its corporate social responsibility, organizes from time to time mega service and check-up camps to promote better life of vehicles and twin objective of clean environment & road safety. The principal person managing the dealership is the young partner of the firm, namely, Neeraj Sachdeva, who after graduating in 1996, joined the family business in 1997. It was chiefly his effort and the family's association with automotive business for 31 years that helped in getting the dealership of Honda two-wheelers. Not resting on his laurels, young Neeraj Sachdeva has set his sights on higher goals and is constantly working towards faster, sustained growth of this business.
