| Mr S P Shah |
Mr S P Shah, a Mechanical Engineer studied in USA. After return from USA, he joined his family business in Textile at Ahmedabad.
Mr Shah joined TELCO (now Tata Motors) in 1966, worked for 25 years, and retired as a General Sales Manager. During his service in Telco, he was responsible for marketing TATA Vehicles and also the Service & spare parts activities.
In 1991, Mr Shah ventured into automobile service and emission testing equipment. He is the Chairman and Managing Director of Neptune Equipment Pvt Ltd - one of the largest Automobile Servicing Equipment manufacturers in India with the collaboration of various Principals in Italy, USA, China, Germany, etc. Their equipments are supplied to large number of Automobile dealers and transport organisations.
He has travelled abroad extensively to explore business opportunities and cooperation.
Neptune Equipment Pvt Ltd has recently started export of Garage Equipment in Nigeria and they have established four dealerships with the leading automobile dealers in Nigeria.
He has also started Neptune Institute of Automobiles for imparting training to young engineers and mechanics. This institute is located at Ahmedabad.
Mr Shah has been associated with Federation of Automobiles Dealers Associations (FADA) for long as a member of the Council and the Director of FADA Academy.
He was a Chairman of the Committee formed by ARAI. He was also the Convenor of a Sub-Committee set up by the Association of Indian Automobile Manufacturers far assessing demand for vehicles.
He has served as the Chairman of Indian Road Development Association. As the Chairman, Mr Shah attended International I R F Conference in Seoul. |

Mr Nikunj Sanghi, B Com (Hons), ACS, LLB, is the Managing Director of J S Fourwheel Motors Pvt Ltd located at Alwar, Rajasthan that is 3-S dealers of Mahindra & Mahindra, Mahindra Renault and Hero Honda Motors Ltd. He also deals in Portable Engines and Gensets of Honda Power Production Ltd.
Mr Sanghi was also a dealer of Kelvinator of India Ltd and LML Ltd for the sale, service and spares of their two-wheelers in the past.
A well-known person in Alwar and Rajasthan, Mr Nikunj Sanghi has received number of awards for his business performance and social work, including - Rajasthan Govt. Citation for Contribution to Beautification of Alwar City; Best Service Dealer for Honda Power Products Ltd; Roll of Honour for Best Human Resources Policies amongst Mahindra Dealerships; Roll of Honour for Best Systems and Processes amongst Mahindra Dealerships; Certificate of Merit for Best All Round Performance amongst Mahindra Dealers for the Years 2003-04, 2004-05, 2005-06 and 2007-08; and Certificate of Merit for Best All Round Performance among Tractor Dealers for 2003-04, 2004-05 and 2005-06.
He is actively engaged in community activities in Alwar and other parts of Rajasthan in various capacities, such as, Member, Rotary Club Alwar; Trustee, Rotary Charitable Trust; Trustee, Jaipur Calagary Eye Hospital; Trustee, Rajasthan Swasthya Yoga Parishad; Vice President, Makhanlal Charitable Trust Blood Blank, Alwar; and Life Member of Bal Hit Shiksha Samiti Educational Society.
Mr Sanghi is also associated with various professional/business organizations for the promotion of business and professional activities. Amongst the various positions held by him are: Advisor - Tractor and Automobile Dealers Association; Member - Managing Committee Center of Excellence, ITI Alwar; Member - Industrial Advisory Committee Govt of Rajasthan; Member - Auto Retail Task Force, FICCI, New Delhi; Chairman - Alwar Chapter, Institute of Company Secretaries of India; and Chairman - Dealer Advisory Council, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.
Having been a member of FADA Council for a number of years, he was Hony Secretary of FADA for the year 2007-08 and its Hony Treasurer during the years 2005-06 and 2006-07. |

Mr Sundeep Kumar Bafna, born on 21st June 1970 in Mumbai, is an MBA from Westchester University, USA.
Sundeep, who is spearheading the Fortpoint Group, is a feather in the cap of the automobile division. The Fortpoint group of companies is the authorised dealer of Hero Honda, Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, Eichar Motors and Piaggio Vehicles. He is believed to be the first one to offer customer services like cyber cafes, cafeterias, play stations, car clubs and Fortpoint Suvidha in automobile centres.
He has been associated with FADA since 1994 and a member of FADA Council for a number of years. He is also the Chairman of Automotive Dealers Association of Maharashtra (ADAM).
He is a widely travelled person and has been to various countries across globe. |

Mr Ashish M Gupta, based in Chandigarh, is the Executive Director of Hind Motors (I) Ltd and Managing Partner of Hind Motors, dealers of Tata Motors for the company's passenger vehicles and Bajaj Auto for their two-wheelers, respectively.
Well-known in business and social circles in Chandigarh, Haryana and Punjab, Ashish represents the third generation of the family whose contribution to the promotion of retail automobile trade needs no overemphasis.
He has been actively associated with FADA and a Council Member for a number of years. He was Hony Secretary of FADA during the years 2005-06 & 2006-07 and the Hony Treasurer during the year 2007-08.
He has played a pivotal role in organizing automobile dealers in Chandigarh and helped FADA organize a number of meetings at Chandigarh and various parts of Punjab. |
