Rajesh Motors (Agencies) Pvt Ltd started its activities as dealer of "Ashok Leyland" in 1950 in Maharashtra.

Thanks to its excellent performance, in 1969, Rajesh Motors got the dealership of Ashok Leyland products for the entire Rajasthan State. The company has never looked back since then and has grown by leaps & bounds since its inception.

Today, Rajesh Motors has dealerships for three manufacturers - Ashok Leyland for Commercial Vehicles & Buses; JCB India for Earthmoving Equipments; and Maruti Udyog for Passenger Cars.

The company has branches and offices at Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, Alwar, Udaipur, Jhunjhunu in Rajasthan, and Kolhapur, Karad, Sangli and Satara in Maharashtra. The company's workforce comprises 450 devoted staff members.

Not resting its laurels, the Group has also ventured into other business activities, such as mining, earth moving, body building, construction and finance. The Group's turnover in the year 2002-03 was Rs. 180 crores.

Customer convenience and satisfaction has been the prime objective of the Group. Rajesh Motors has special facilities for the accidental work, and provides under one roof all facilities such as, finance, insurance, refinance, etc.

The company takes personalized care of its customers and the Directors talk directly to the customers for their feedback with a view to further improving the services to their customers. Internal systems have been evolved to evaluate the customer satisfaction and to take necessary corrective action, wherever required.

The Group is managed by two brothers, K H Shah and C H Shah, B.E. (Mech.), M.E. (Auto). They are assisted by their children, namely, Rahul Shah, B Com and a student of C.A;

Sharvik Shah, B E (Mech.) and Siddharth Shah, B E (Mech.) & MS in Industrial Engineering from Georgia University, Atlanta, USA.
