Home RTO Official Honoured by Delhi Government   Anil Chhikara, Motor Licensing Officer in Transport Department, Delhi was awarded a certificate and cash prize of Rs. 5,000/- by Ms Shailja Chandra, Chief Secretary, NCT of Delhi on 26th March 2004, for his handbook ‘The Perfect Motoring’. The handbook explains rules and regulations governing motor vehicles and road transport in a simple and lucid language. The rules regarding traffic, motor vehicle insurance, driving licence, vehicular emission, registration, fitness for roadworthiness and permits have been explained in the form of frequently asked questions. Anil Chhikara, a mechanical engineer, has also authored other books on road transport and automotive engineering.
