Home Termination of Dealership: District Court Order Asking Manufacturer to Take Back Inventory Challenged in High Court   Apropos news item published at page 31 of March 2004 issue of FADA Journal wherein it was reported that TVS Motor Company had been asked by the District Court, Udaipur to take back the inventory lying with M/s Singhvi Engineers, dealer of TVS Motor Company on termination of the dealership by the company. TVS Motor Company has subsequently challenged the order of District Court before the High Court of Rajasthan at Jodhpur under section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The appeal by TVS Motor Company has been admitted and the operation of the Order of District Court stayed by the High Court.
